Discover spice merchants offering a variety of forms: powders, seeds, plants, leaves, barks, flowers, cloves, etc. You will meet one of these merchants who will reveal the secrets of spice blends used in Moroccan cuisine, as well as herbal remedies that have been used for centuries in Morocco and continue to be part of Moroccan rituals.

    Dinner and festive evening at a famous Palace in Marrakech: chic & lounge atmosphere during dinner and live band afterwards. For those wishing to continue the evening, we will take them to the city’s trendiest clubs and nightclubs where the party goes on until dawn.

    Argan Oil Pressing Workshop and the Making of the Famous Amlou: A Moroccan culinary preparation from the Souss-Massa-Drâa region made with argan oil, almonds, or peanuts. Amlou is somewhat the Berber “nutella,” serving as a fortifier eaten at breakfast or as a snack spread on barley, corn, or wheat bread.

    Dinner at a trendy restaurant in the city: Evening punctuated by an oriental atmosphere (music and belly dancers, Gnaoua orchestra…)

    Culinary Challenge: The group will be divided into several teams, and we will set up different baskets with various ingredients, which will define the recipe each team must make. Recipe cards will also be provided, but be warned, there will be traps hidden in each recipe, requiring careful attention to avoid ruining their dishes and losing the challenge. At the end of the tasting, each team will be judged on the time taken to prepare, the presentation of the dishes, the taste, and the team spirit and harmony developed during the activity.
