During the tour, you will reminisce about the magic of the most important scenes from these iconic films and discover the places that have given them their fame.

Activity: become a gladiator! Master the basics of hand-to-hand combat, at an authentic gladiator school on the ancient Appian Way. Discover the secrets of gladiator contests from Imperial Rome, while getting hands-on experience with the history of Rome and having fun! In your 2-hour class, your gladiator instructor will teach you how to fight with authentic weapons used by the gladiators of ancient Rome. Lessons are organized and led by members of Rome’s historical group, specializing in the reconstruction of life in Rome and gladiator fights. Dressed in a traditional gladiator tunic (belt, leather protective gloves), you are free to unleash your imagination.
