In fact, the city is so unique, so rich in relics of the past and incredible monuments that it’s one of the main filming locations for the Game of Thrones series. Just walking through its narrow streets makes you realize how beautiful Malta’s principal city is, and understand why the city of Valletta is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This discovery of Valletta in Malta will introduce you to the three fortified cities, Birgu, Bormla (Cospicua), and Isla (Senglea), taking you back in the history of Malta through their architecture, palaces, churches, ramparts, forts (including the Fort of Saint Angelo), and other edifices from the time of the knights. During this visit, the group will explore the fabulous Upper Barrakka Gardens, Piazza Regina, Republic Street (the capital’s main shopping street), as well as the imposing St. John’s Cathedral. We can finish with a boat ride in a Maltese boat, greatly resembling Venetian gondolas, where you can enjoy this moment of pause as a team during your corporate trip to Malta. You’ll have some free time to stroll through the alleys as you wish, and of course, try the various unique dishes offered by our dear Maltese!
