Discovery of Šipan Island and its hidden caves in Dubrovnik
Šipan, the largest of the Elafiti islands, offers enriching exploration. It’s easy to fall for the charm of the island, with its uber-instagrammable stone houses and a placid harbor framed by the wooded hills rising above the town.
During our discovery of Šipan island and its hidden caves, we can rent bikes in Sudurad and pedal across the island to the other seaside village of Šipan, Šipanska Luka. The route passes through olive groves, citrus and fig orchards, and vineyards, with the scent of pine in the air. In Šipanska Luka, you can watch the fishermen pull in their catch of the day and stroll among the grand buildings, including a 16th-century fortified church.
We will also have a truly unique experience during the discovery of Šipan island. This unusual activity consists of entering the secret underwater cave located off the coast of Šipan island. This hidden spot can only be reached by kayak or swimming. When you enter the cave, everything will be very dark. However, after a few minutes, your eyes will adjust, and you will see the beautiful emerald green color surrounding you. Since the cave isn’t easily accessible, we might have the place exclusively for you and your team. A truly special experience that could be the highlight of your team retreat in Croatia.
Finally, each island offers some stunning cliff diving spots. This is a fun activity that the more adventurous members of your staff and thrill-seekers might try during the discovery of Šipan island. It’s also possible to jet-ski and engage in other water sports. If not, you can simply relax on the beach, sipping cocktails under the sun!
The Elaphiti islands offer a wide variety of activities. Enjoy the tranquil beaches, delicious Croatian cuisine, and several opportunities for water sports during your corporate retreat in Dubrovnik.
