To reward its teams for the success of the past year, Doctolib entrusted the organization of its corporate retreat to the teams at Seminaire.com, for the 3rd consecutive year. 600 employees attended to foster a single focus: team cohesion. The agenda included unique activities like the “Survivor Challenge on the beach,” relaxation, cohesion, and an evening that will certainly be memorable.
A corporate retreat in Djerba for 600 people
This corporate retreat gathered 600 participants for 3 days. The event took place in a famous hotel in Djerba. A destination 3 hours by flight from Paris, which allowed guests to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious setting, right on the beach.
Seminaire.com took care of all the logistics of the event and created a custom program to meet the client’s goals.
The first day of the offsite began with a lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, followed by a conference in a tent set up by us that could accommodate the 600 participants. During this conference, executives and employees were able to present the company’s results and projects, exchange and debate.
The Survivor Challenge on the Beach
Inspired by the famous extreme adventure game show, a multi-activity challenge where participants are divided into tribes and must compete in tasks that require teamwork, determination, while being fair-play; the main focus remains on entertainment!
The impact on employees
This team retreat charmed all participants, both for its work sessions and its team building activities. Spending two days by the water provided an opportunity for teams to come together outside of the usual setting, sharing good times and creating fond memories.
