Cooking challenge around the Paella in Madrid

This activity is ideal for discovering Spanish cuisine and, particularly, Paella! We offer a cooking challenge centered around Paella in Madrid, hosted by Spanish chefs who will gladly share with you the secrets of crafting the famous Spanish paella. A true moment of camaraderie and sharing during your corporate retreat in Madrid! Teamwork and culinary skills will be the keys to success in this appetizing and enjoyable gastronomic activity.

Discover the secrets of Spanish cuisine, with a touch of friendly competition adding a bit of spice to the occasion! The challenge begins with each team having the opportunity to buy the best ingredients from various markets, stalls, and shops in Madrid. This will allow teams to familiarize themselves with quality Spanish products to start their culinary challenge.

The Paella cooking challenge in Madrid will then continue in the kitchen, where teams will be welcomed in a private kitchen. Each team will then be given a time limit to complete the famous paella recipe. The instructions on how to make the paella will be provided in French; however, the chefs may make the event a bit more challenging and exciting by giving the instructions in Spanish.

Additionally, each group will have the chance to have their dishes critiqued and judged by our expert chefs based on a specific set of predetermined criteria. These will include presentation, group organization, and taste, requiring strong teamwork and communication skills from each team.

Once the Paella cooking challenge is over, the groups will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the dishes they have prepared with a nice glass of wine, all in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
