The Algarve region, considered Europe’s best-kept secret, is located in the southern part of Portugal, between Faro and Lagos. We took them to the Algarve region, where among a selection of luxurious hotels, the group chose a splendid 4-star establishment, fully equipped.seminaire.com tailored a custom program to meet their objectives. Several meetings accompanied by coffee breaks took place during the team retreat. They were held in a well-equipped hotel room. Inspired by the famous adventure game show, a team-building on the beach during which participants divided into tribes had to compete in challenges that required teamwork, determination, all while being fair-play; entertainment being the key focus!
A team-building to bring together
A Jeep rally also took place one afternoon during the corporate retreat, to the great delight of the participants.
They set off in teams of 4 or 5 in the Jeeps, with a roadbook, following a route that led them to discover the breathtaking landscapes of the region.
