Day 1

Arrival in Lyon for your culinary team building offsite and transfer to the hotel.

Transfer to the city center and start of your team building activity: a rally by team that will take you through Old Lyon to discover Guignol, the puppet that has entertained Lyon’s children and adults alike for more than two centuries, the culinary traditions with sometimes extravagant names, and the traboules, these invisible passageways to those not born in the district, which were used to transport silk through the maze of Croix-Rousse as well as to escape the Nazis during World War II. You will also stop by a chocolate shop and a wine cellar. This rally is conducted in teams, making it ideal for combining discovery and team cohesion!

Dine in a Lyon bouchon, these traditional restaurants where you will enjoy tasting tablier de sapeur, quenelles, cervelles de canut, and other culinary specialties accompanied by Beaujolais wine.

Departure for your team building activity: Animation “Wine Making Academy”: the goal is to blend six varietal wines using professional equipment, just like real oenologists. Each team will then need to design the label as well as the commercial and marketing strategy to implement, and then present their product. This activity will conclude with the tasting and awarding of the best wine. A prize will be awarded to the winning team.

Gala dinner followed by a dance party in a bucolic atmosphere at the Château de Rajat, 30 minutes from Lyon, overlooking a vast landscaped park.
