Boat building activity. After a briefing, each team equipped with the necessary materials and tools will undertake to build their own boat. The competition will reach its climax when each team launches its vessel into the warm waters of the Mediterranean and, once the race is underway, one of them will cross the finish line.

In the late afternoon, you will head to the hinterlands of Limassol and Larnaca to discover new landscapes. You will pick seasonal fruits and explore the orange, almond, and olive groves.

Discovering the expertise in traditional olive oil, zivania (local brandy), and village wine production. A small tasting of these specialties will be essential before getting “hands-on” and learning how to prepare Dolmades (stuffed vine leaves) and Bourekia (goat’s milk doughnuts).

Typical barbecue dinner and demonstration of local dances, in which you will participate.
