Transfer to the hotel located in Pavel Banya, a small town in the Valley of Roses, also known as the Valley of Thracian Kings.

Welcome and check-in at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning meeting.
·
Departure for Starosel for a visit to the Thracian sanctuary, accessed via a beautiful flight of stairs reminiscent of a certain Etruscan tomb or sanctuary in Cortona.
·
Visit to the Starosel wine cellar.
·
Traditional dinner and wine tasting at a city restaurant.
·
Return to Pavel Bania and overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Departure for Kazanlak.
·
Visit to a farm near the city of Kazanlak where the group will be introduced to the secrets of making real Bulgarian yogurt.

Yogurt preparation class and the famous banitsa.
·
Visit Kazanlak and its historic landmarks: the Rose Museum, the “Iskra” Regional History Museum, and the Thracian Tomb of Kazanlak.
·
Return to Pavel Bania at the end of the day.
·
Gala dinner at a high-end restaurant.
·
Return and overnight stay at the hotel.
