Food Traboule, the Lyonnais food court

Lose yourself in this unusual culinary labyrinth, for which Seminaire.com had a real crush! Located a few minutes walk from Place Bellecour, Food traboule is set in the mythical Tour Rose on the Fourvière hill. Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this iconic location in Lyon is once again brought into the spotlight with the establishment of this unique food court. Food traboule in Lyon is an innovative culinary concept gathering more than a dozen chefs. Initiated by chefs Tabata and Ludovic Mey, this food court opened in 2020 after several years of work due to the project’s significance.

Here, we take pleasure in tasting dishes cooked right before our eyes with fresh and seasonal products. Dishes that highlight Lyon’s gastronomy and more! 600m² dedicated solely to gastronomy. Several well-known Lyon establishments are present in this food court: Le Bistrot du potager, Les Apothicaires, Substrat… We love to wander through the aisles of this labyrinth to discover which delicacies we will be able to enjoy. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed. It’s a pleasure to share a dish or a drink with colleagues or friends in an unusual setting.
